Fulfilment Update + Sonic Pin Sneak Peek!

Hi everyone,
Apologies for the delay in updates, and thank you so much for your continued patience. I’m happy to let you know that, aside from a couple of pledges that included hats, all pledge rewards have now been sent out and should be on their way to their new forever homes!
Even though this campaign ended up being much smaller than we originally hoped, your support made it possible for us to fund and complete everything. We’re so grateful for the trust you placed in us, and we truly hope you enjoy what we’ve created together.
For those of you who are loving the Sonic pin collection, I’m excited to say I’ve already started sketching new designs, including Jet the Hawk, Big the Cat (with Froggy, of course), E-123 Omega, and Mephiles. I’m also working on a bunch of new t-shirt designs in preparation for Sonic Con UK, and I can’t wait to share those with you soon.

Surveys Are Now Live + Beanie Hat Update

Hi everyone,
Just a quick and happy update to let you know that the BackerKit surveys are now live. This means you can now select your rewards, choose any add-ons you'd like, fill in your shipping details, and help us begin the process of preparing your orders for fulfillment.
You should have received an email from BackerKit with your personal survey link.
If it hasn’t arrived, please double-check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still not there, feel free to message us privately here on Kickstarter. We’ll be able to send you your unique survey link directly. Just a reminder that we can’t share individual links in the public comment section, as that could compromise your order.
I also wanted to give a quick update on the beanie hats. The deposit has now been made for both the Sonic and Shadow designs. We’ve asked for samples to be made first so we can check the final details before moving into full production.
It took a little longer than we expected to place the order, but we’ve gone ahead and paid the remaining balance out of pocket to keep things moving on schedule. I'm really looking forward to seeing how the samples come out and sharing them with you.

Production Update + Sneak Peeks of New Designs!

Hello everyone!
Exciting news! Production for the pins is nearly complete, and the first batch will be shipped to me next week! I've reviewed the initial photos from the manufacturer, and the colours are absolutely stunning! Vibrant, bold, and everything we hoped for!
That said, there’s been one unexpected (and hilarious) hiccup: our beloved Silver pin was made... mouthless. It seems the universe wanted to tell Silver to quiet down! While we wait for the factory to return from their May Days holidays, Silver will be heading back into production to correct this printing error. The corrected pins will arrive towards the end of May. But don't worry, mouthless Silver will still be made available for those who want one, at a heavily discounted price (because who doesn’t love a meme-worthy misprint?).
As soon as the pins arrive, I’ll be sharing detailed photos with you all in an upcoming update. I can’t wait for you to see them in person!
What about the surveys?
Don’t worry, you haven’t missed them! I’m holding off just a little longer so I can finish designing new rewards and exciting add-ons for you to choose from while we wait for pin and hat production to wrap up.
Speaking of hats: I’ll be placing the order for them right after I return from MCM London. I’ll be self-funding the production through profits made at the event, because I want to make sure everyone gets exactly what they pledged for. All I ask is for a little more patience while I get it all done. Your support deserves the very best!
New Designs Are Here!
I’ve also been hard at work creating brand new designs for prints, postcards, stickers, t-shirts, and sweatshirts, just in time for MCM London, and I’m thrilled to be making them available to you too! You’ll find a preview of these at the bottom of this post, including a few extras that don’t quite fit the theme but were too fun not to include. These will be available as add-ons when surveys go live.

Production Begins & New Designs!

Hi everyone!
Apologies for the radio silence! It’s been a very busy few weeks for us with conventions, podcast work, and lots of travel. That said, please rest assured that we’ve still been hard at work on this campaign behind the scenes!
We’re excited to share a few updates!
A Brand New Design!
We’ve added another new design to the collection: “The Hedgehogs”! This will be available as part of the T-shirt and sweatshirt selection, as well as in the add-ons. We hope you love it as much as we do.
Refined Designs from SonicCageDome
We’ve also revisited and refined a few of SonicCageDome’s older T-shirt designs. These will now be available as postcards, prints, T-shirts, and sweatshirts. You can see a preview of some of the updated looks in this update!
Pins Have Entered Production!
We’re thrilled to let you know that the payment for the pins has now been made, and they have officially entered production! We’re expecting the first round of proofs by the end of this week. Once we confirm things like Pantone colours and sizing, full production will kick off early next week.
Next Stop: MegaCon Birmingham
As we’re heading into MegaCon Birmingham this week, things are a bit full-on at the moment. Because of this, surveys and add-ons haven’t been finalised just yet. BUT I’ll be shifting my focus to that once we return from the convention next week.

Hello everyone!
First and foremost, a huge thank you to all 31 of you who backed this campaign. This project has been a labor of love, and knowing that so many of you believed in it means the world to us. Every pledge, share, and bit of enthusiasm has helped bring these designs to life, and we’re incredibly grateful for your support.
What Happens Next?
Now that the campaign has wrapped up, Kickstarter will take approximately two weeks to process and transfer the funds. Once the funds hit our bank account, we will immediately begin production on the enamel pins! Our manufacturers are ready to go, and we’ll be keeping you updated every step of the way.
The Beanie Hats
The Black Hedgehog BFF Beanie Hats will take a little longer to begin production. Since they didn’t reach their full backing goal, I’m taking on personal responsibility to fund them through upcoming conventions. That being said, they will still be shipped on time as planned in the campaign schedule! I’ll be keeping you all in the loop with updates as I secure the remaining funding.
Surveys & Add-Ons
I’ll be away in Glasgow this weekend for a convention, so I’ll be working on the surveys and add-on options as soon as I return. Please be patient if you don’t receive the surveys right away, they’ll be going out shortly after I’m back!
Sneak Peeks & New Designs
While waiting for production to begin, I’ve been working on sticker and badge button designs, and I’m excited to share some mockups with you in the image above! These stickers will match the pin designs and be printed in the highest quality to bring out every little detail.
I’ve also finished a brand-new design featuring Werehog, which will be available as a T-shirt, print, postcard, and sweatshirt for those interested. Let me know in the comments what you think, I’d love to hear your feedback!
