Exciting Progress & All Pins Unlocked!

Hello everyone!
We have some fantastic news to share. Over the past few days, we’ve been reaching out to multiple manufacturers to find the best possible pricing for pin production. Thanks to their responses and some careful planning, things are looking up! Our goal has always been to bring as many of these designs to life as possible, and with the incredible support of our backers, we’re making that happen.
In fact, we’re so confident in the progress we’ve made that we’ve decided to unlock all of the campaign’s pin designs! While we won’t be adding any additional stretch goals, every pin from the collection will be available for selection. This means backers will now have full access to choose from the entire lineup.
On top of that, we are still pushing hard to get the beanie hats funded. We have strong hope that we’ll be able to make it happen, and we appreciate everyone’s continued support in spreading the word.
We’ve also made a few refinements to the Rouge and Werehog designs. Rouge now sports her signature lipstick, and Werehog has been updated with lighter tips on his fur.
Additionally, an error was spotted in the glitter guide for Silver and Blaze (their gloves were mistakenly marked for no-glitter), but to stay consistent with the rest of the set, they will have glittered gloves. The corrected glitter guide reflects this update.

48 Hours In – Thank You! Plus Some Initial Revisions!

Hey everyone!
First off, a huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who has backed our campaign in these first 48 hours. We’re beyond grateful for every single one of you who’s pledged to help bring this collection to life. It blows us away that some of you even chose to pledge without claiming a reward just to help us get closer to unlocking our pin designs.
Seriously, we can’t thank you enough.
Some Updates & Improvements!
We’ve made a couple of tweaks today based on your feedback to make this campaign even better!
1. A Small Design Change
We heard from a few folks over on X that the "Blue Hedgehog" design would look better if it stuck closer to the original model, so we’ve adjusted it by removing the neck and refining the shape. This change has been updated across all graphics and the final design itself. Thanks to those who suggested it—we appreciate the input!
2. New "Pins Only" Tiers
We also got some feedback that with tracked shipping, the cost of pin tiers felt a little high, especially with the added stickers, badge buttons, and postcards. To make things more accessible, we’ve added new "Pins Only" tiers, no extra frills, just the enamel pins you love! This helps reduce package weight and slightly lower shipping costs. It’s not a huge change, but every little bit counts.
If you’ve already pledged for pins but would prefer the new “Pins Only” option, feel free to adjust your pledge! We know this might lower the total amount pledged at first, but we truly want these pins to be as accessible as possible, because we love them, and we know you do too.
3. Beanie Hats Are Gaining Steam!
We’re so excited that the beanie hat tiers, both in our campaign and our sister campaign for SonicConUK, are getting attention! We’ll be making a dedicated post soon to go into more detail about the hats and why they’re something special.
